250% range with negation swarm and a Vaykor Hek for maximum chill time. I use a covert lethality dagger as a melee in case something with way too much armor is on the way.

The grineer archwing weapons are pretty damn good considering how easy it is to get them. They look amazing too in my opinion.

He is decent with melee, but there's other frames that might be better for that in case you're looking for endurance + melee capabilities, like Wukong, since he has inherent longer melee combo time. I really like healing procs on Inaros, if you're looking for a melee to use on him maybe the Hirudo would do you good.

There isn't any reason to do anything beyond level ~150. Aside from this, your argument hinges on "lategame enemies one shot me" which can be disproven by building any fucking frame with survivability.
Also, he just said you shouldn't be getting hit in general, which is outright retarded. You don't even need to worry about getting hit because, once again, there's no reason to do anything above level ~150, and enemies do piss poor damage at most level ranges.
