Not sure how leveled you are but you should do some 40 ap ember dailies to level your servants until you can somewhat fight.
You can leave the story for now until the 1/2 ap comes or do it on small bits.
Be sure to complete the each one of the nerofest events at least once though.

Mash eventually becomes one of the better 4*s but her ascencion is story locked so you won't user fully for a while.
Altera is pretty decent 5* you can use her

Should I grind 30 or 40 stam for the last Lore? Been doing 40 because it's more efficient since it came out, but on the other hand 30 also has a chance to drop a scale.

Grand Finale is much harder with your servants. You need atleast 50s or 60s and a good support.

Level Altera as high as you can. Go to Formation menu --> Support Setup and put Altera in your All slot with the Kaleidoscope on her. Enjoy the sudden influx of Friend Points.

You get some monuments and pieces from clearing the singularities but you can't farm them on free quests right now, I believe.
I think the only free quest that drops archer monuments is in America.

Should I just grind ember dailies then? Could I manage the 40 ap one or should I just grind the 30 ap quest?
