What skills should I take on Zandora? Should I bother with the conversionn skills?

Conversion skills are cool but they just allow you to cycle through skills faster, which is cool but I don't see that as being that useful.

No, don't bother with those. Take auras and the speed talent at level 5. I personally don't see the point in the other skills, I'd rather just keep buffing the team, and the aura renewal makes it so you don't have to extend the CD on other auras.
