PC. Connection is generally better but there are less players and worse players.

heihachi is an offensive monster whose offense doesn't even revolve around electric. contrarily, electric is pretty much his only defensive/keep out tool along with jabs and df+1, which is not so great compared to dvj or kaz.

devil jin has a launching hellsweep (on 1st hit, heihachi's launches on the 2nd hit but it's not a natural combo from the first), an orbital (CD3), a fast low crush (uf+4), laser scraper, effectively drag's d+2 (db+2), a slower lars lightning screw (u+4), demon paw (ff+2), a good df+1 (not heihachi-tier, but still good), and an instant running 3 that doesn't require an iWR input (CD~uf+3). just so many great tools including mishima moves.

You have to adapt mid-match. If someone does a combo you've never seen before and then tries it a second time you should be pretty much ready to block it.

kat is one of the easiest characters in the game and nina is one of the hardest. maybe learn nina in your off time and main kat for the time being and have them as your two characters.
