Wrathful Staff doesn't mean shit when healers are fucked over in so many other ways to begin with. It's like removing a moldy covering on a table to reveal the table has rotted through to the core. Sure, the mold is gone, but it was only covering up the real problems.

Even ignoring that, everyone else who has appeared/will appear in Hero Fest is someone important to a game's plot one way or another. Genny isn't. She's useless garbage, and her niche of "offensive" healer is done infinitely better by Linde anyways.

Wrathful staff is only good for Elise or Priscilla in a cav meme team.

You're better off with literally any actual cavalry mage over a wrathful staff cav healer. Yes, even Leo. Either you're running a blade tome and blowing up things you're supposed to be weak against, running TA + raven and being nigh-unkillable by half the units in the game, or you're Reinhardt and the scourge of the meta to begin with.

Healers can't compare to any of that.
