If you're doing fresh placements and you're at 9 wins and 0 losses and win the next one, you have a slim chance to be played in Plat 5. Or you might just get placed in to Gold 5, even if you go 10/0

Placements are luck of the draw so just do them quickly.

Censer, Meme Mask, and Frozen Heart. Cinderhulk with tracker's knife. Spam wards and use your oracles. Don't level Q beyond the first rank
Is it a good strat for winning?
No.
But it gives you a ton of assists for doing nothing (pressing W) and you can place 400 wards per minute with a free sightstone, plus your snowball and Ult will do good damage and have 40% CDR.
