what I mean is that it's the highest gear that you are expected to use in racing situations since you wont get meaningful acceleration out of 6th on a racetrack, many bikes also reduce power in 6th gear to limit top speed.

my bike for instance is geared for 188mph wheel speed (at redline) in 5th gear, and 202 in 6th, but from the factory the computer cuts ignition timing in 6th gear so that you cant exceed 186mph.

Go at your own pace and what ever tire you are more comfortable with. Tire suggestions could be alot of things depending on the track and conditions.

but if you run a normal supersport tire you can probably jsut drop pressure a little and be good

from the factory though you will get less acceleration in 6th than 5th, and you wont be able to reach a higher speed unless you mod the computer.

you will get less acceleration in 6th than 5th regardless. Taller gears give less mechanical advantage.

It is super hard to wheelie my bike now tho because the tire just spins all the time

I have a road like that here, I end up flying around corners at 200km/h to get the lean angle I like.

I think I have a hard time feeling the corners when it's on video. I found a video of a local road and it doesn't look nearly as interesting, I can't imagine running it at 100 mph.

In Minnesota they decided to make just about every road as straight as they could, you have to go about 2-3 hours south of the Twin Cities or go to Wisconsin for better roads.
