He's actually really annoying now since he can stealth teleport and has lifesteal on hit. He's like a less flashy but more solid Doomfist honestly. Just gets in and starts brawling and fucks your shit up if you can't focus him down immediately.

It didn't. Why fucking play this game if the quality of games literally never increases? I'm in the top 4% of SR in my region and people are still having temper tantrums.
