It depends what both of you are doing. If you're rotating you CDs properly, have the gear to make that kind of pull and are managing the mobs properly then you should be fine.

House flipping is a good idea honestly. Planning on giving gil to some good friends I trust so they can pick up some housing plots in Kugane. Maybe use em to flip the house for future resell value etc.

It's a TRUST system, which is cancer. I've sold a house once and only once. I bought my house for 3mil, and after like a year or so, I was able to sell it for 41 mil. You advertise in the server's PF without disclosing the price (since it's bannable hurr). Someone come up, they ask for offer, and it depends on how much they want to do it.
After trading the correct amount of gil, you just relinquish the plot and hopefully they can spam click it fast enough and no one is around to snipe it.
