I bought my first car like this, 2003 Accord.
I had a friend park across the street, and when the seller left he followed him back to his house.
Dickhead stopped at McDonald's for like 45 minutes first though, so I had to wait a block away in my new Accord.
We found out where he lived, just in case anything went wrong. As a test I sent him a text a few days after we did the deal, just saying thanks for the car - and sure enough, number was blocked.
Lucky for him nothing went wrong with the car, and I was able to get a few good years out of it before i sold it.
