Haru isn't a Fuuka clone. Fuuka's archetype was the princess that needed to be saved and looked after. She was weak, sick and frail. Haru literally tells you that she want's (you) and her to be as equals and that she's strong enough to not need you to look after her and worry about her every second. It's a sign of respect.
