We stopped having a tournament-specific metagame since ti5, most teams run their own strat that works for them.

20% is good because he often plays heroes with stuns.

Gold cards give, on average, 3-4 more points, max, than other variations of the card

Fly averages 13.39 whilst JerAx averages 16.61, so even with the Fly bonuses JerAx should get more.
