would a +res/-spd 4* effie be usable for squad assault/armor meme quests if i just give her a brave lance from a 3* donnel? 47 atk on initiation with a brave effect is more than some 5* units could be able to put out
my only other option for leveling right now is a 4* lloyd until i get more units

Just give Celica Quick Riposte or something, she still has enough speed to avoid getting doubled to death by most things when at full HP, and you're probably gonna be topping her off for Ragnarok with something else anyhow.

I assume it's related to Kozaki not liking bright hair colors. I think he tried to tone the colors down with the Awakening art, but the saturation creeps up every time they art elsewhere.
