because dreamfeather is going to be expensive at the start of the league and QOTF requires 5 off-color links to use

Barrage is so incredibly OP
All you need is:
1) All the crit nodes of the right side
2) All your power and frenzy charges
3) A Dying Sun flask, you need to buy it from someone who killed Shaper though
4) The +projectiles Barrage enchant, you need to buy it from someone who can farm Uberlab though
5) Melee range so that all yours projectiles can hit; but no worries, you play a ranged build so that makes you better than those silly melee builds that have to tank damage.
6) A mirror tier bow/wand

and voilà! you can deal good dps for a short window of 2 seconds

and then you could also summon righteous fire totem with its passive gems

spell totem won't cast both though but both active gems will be supported by all the passive gems
