Zero's translation is completely playable although very awkward sounding at times, I have no idea on actually playable TL of Ao but progress is being made for a more proper translation on both.

Depends who you ask, I've heard both dubs for Sky/CS. Sky is just battle grunts so its pretty irrelevant unless your that fucking autistic but both dubs had cases where I fucking hated the VA's.

No it's quite decent. Some roles are arguably better in English (like Rean) but some roles are
a bit weak (like Alia). Don't listen to the purists who insist on chingchong voices. It's better to enjoy the game entirely in English instead of having to meld Japanese voices and localized English dialogue.

Because we'd rather the game had the Jap voices in to begin with. I don't really like this trend of having to patch games on Steam to get them to work as intended. First it was to get back the porn (99% porn games on steam), then it was to add back lewd non-pornographic mini-games (CG), then it was so the game would actually work and not crash (every game by Square Enix nowadays).
