She should be able to deal more damage before needing to reload. I'd say it's a buff. Also, since the ticks before every shot is faster I guess you won't miss as many shots if you don't have the best aim(or you could miss all the shots I guess).

Regular fire. For Focusing Lens it's 666.66dps with the old firing time and 800dps with the new firing time.

Realistically, scorch or aegis? I've been running aegis and climbed 400 elo since his buff.

Is there much difference between 1.6k and 2k elo? I've been putting in some work lately and climbed, but there doesn't seem like much at all. I still see skyes, maeves and kinessas that ain't doing jack shit pretty much every game. How much must I climb to actually see an improvement in the teams that I'm playing with?

Aegis is great for a defensively-minded Fernando, but with the state of his fireball, there's a lot more he can do to contribute during his shield's otherwise punishing cooldown.

ruckus is the worst offender when it comes to headshots

I used to be able to land headshots quite often on him before his design rework. Now I almost never land those. Did they change something about his hitbox?
