Range Rovers are probably the only car I have a hateboner for, it's the ultimate douchebag brand.

It's like a Cadillac Escalade but more condescending.

It's also less reliable than if the Escalade had the Northstar 4.6, and its electronics age about as well as a flood car.

Me too. Except for the Range Rover classic. That’s a beautiful vehicle with a Colombian drug lord aesthetic to it. Since they started leaning toward luxury celeb cars I hated them.

no reason, i have a 1963 series 2a landrover.
owned since december 2004 only paid $1000 for it.

ha thats funny yet very true, it was the indians under rule of the british and now the british are so poor and finding it hard to survive that the indians have come in.

i would be real ashamed if i was british as they basically suck at everything now, i heard the dumb ass brits even sent shipbuilders over to south korea in the 70's to help them get their shilpbuilders off the ground and now look britain finds it very hard to build anything over 100m.

Really? Beautiful vehicles. I often see people in the USA moan about the prices. I saw an article about how a defender will go for around 70k and a mint condition one around 100k. Just did a quick check in USA eBay.

seriously the prices of those land rover are way way tooo high, anything over 10 years old wont cost much unless it has minimal miles on the clock.

ever since the defender production stopped in end of january 2016 the prices of defender and series land rovers have gone through just because its no longer made dont mean shit.

lots of people try to push the price by saying its rare and that even shitty ones that need to be rebuilt demand a high price.... some are way too high if you ever go to look at one tell them that what they are asking for is way too high and only a collector may pay the ridiculous prices but if it has not done anything famous or significant they should be quite cheap.

but as i said the prices are high cause the owners think that since they are no longer made that people should pay lots for one.
