Helena has absolutely shit cooldowns and her skills aren't even good enough to warrant them Book has the same transformation rank as Ibaraki, an NP charge on her heal, and can critmeme. Her only downside is her NP being AoE but even then it's better than Helena's because it has a chance to reduce enemy gauge.
