If you're really against losing money on the skill, do dungeoneering (you have to anyway) until you can buy the scroll of cleansing, or whichever the scroll that affects herblore is called, and train by making whichever of the following has the nicest profit margins per xp: Prayer potion, Super antipoison, Super Attack, Guthix Rest. The answer at this moment is probably guthix rest, but this can change in the future so keep your wits about you and keep an eye on prices.

Also join the fc "portables" and do all potion making on a portable well.

Probably useful for shitters. If you're still a noob, they're generally strictly better than sharks since a 4 dose heals just as much as a shark in total, for the same or less price, without draining adrenaline. You can also drink the same tick you eat so you can heal a bit more at once for a burst.

For all you shitters out there who go to pvm with nothing but an inventory of sharks, you should actually bring like 4-8 guthix rests since you lose out on nothing and get some benefits.

I bring sharks because they heal 2k in one click

And lose you 10% adrenaline. The rest potion heals 2000 in 4 clicks at no adrenaline loss, and can be drank at same time you eat shark, for 2500 healing in two clicks.

If you're only using sharks there's technically no reason to not bring some rests. You can drink a sip every once in a while healthy and heal 500 hp without losing adrenaline, and if you get low and need to heal quickly (maybe kril specs you) you can heal more at once.

Not really. My phone is almost 3 years old and 2560x1440.

I don't ever need to heal 500HP or some small amount that would make guthix rests worth drinking because SS already does that for me. The only time I need to eat is when I get buttfucked by airut fury barrage or something, and at that point I don't care about 10% adrenaline.

There is none that it's better than sippies.
Using guthix rest is just having a new level of cheap. Like rocktails vs sharks, and 4 dose brews vs 6 dose.

Guthix rest is a step down from 4 dose brews. Maintains some of the benefits of brews (more healing in one tick, no adren loss), but loses out on a few of its benefits ( amount of healing per inventory slot).

The only time a person should consider bringing guthix rests is if they were going to originally bring only sharks with no brews. If you were going to bring brews there is no sense downgrading.

On a slayer task, yeah, obviously.
Depending on upgrades, it's a flat 12.5-14.5% damage and accuracy boost in melee, ranged, and magic. Containing teleports.
Depending on codex progress (after level 99 obviously), it also gives up to 5% slayer xp bonus.

Almost always yes if on a task, the accuracy and damage boost is better than the slight power armour bonuses.

The thermal pool hp buff is pretty much irrelevant. Who actually cares about it? Also the poison immunity only lasts 10 minutes so that is completely irrelevant too.

If you use armour with the wrong style for what you're using you get an accuracy penalty.

I don't know why you're using shields, but anyway
if you use a shield (or any piece of armor, really) that it's not from the same style you're attacking with you suffer a severe accuracy penalty

You get the bonfire either way, the 3% is completely irrelevant.
