Get this elevator music shit out of here.

What's that 80s jap car with the REALLY 80s high tech cockpit?

300zx?

That's sick too, but there's another one with a sloped dashboard/center console that kind of wraps around the driver.

maybe he meant american...

That might be it, it's been a few years.
Fucking rad.

For when blind people have to drive, right?

Nah, it tells you to fix stuff like oil pressure, head lamps, fuel level, to buckle your seatbelt, and to not forget your keys when you turn it off.

Also it does it all on the fly in robotic voice like a speak and spell, not shitty recordings like the Datsun.

lol

it's turbo time!

That fucking seat belt.
Unnf

This is really really bad

I'm partial to the older style myself.

Is that a CRT monitor in the dash?

...

The 1st gen Ford Probe

Nobody does interiors like this anymore, so 80’s. Cruising down the highway at night blasting synth wave.

Nah, just the finest liquid crystal display technology the 1980's had to offer. It's the display for all your warning lights.

you all lose, this is the pinnacle of aesthetics, the summit of auto evolution

just fuck me in the asshole

It's actually a series of small lightbulbs behind a colored piece of plastic / wax. The filter has a common problem of all the separations in the color parts melting together and needing a replacement.

that car is peak box

Nobody who unironically enjoys le neo-80s meme was alive in the 1980s.

>kitchen knife handle shifter
wtf user

>accidentally lean on wheel too hard
>it snaps off
Whoops.

>that weird ass citroen tier steering wheel
lmao what the fuck

The supra mk4 maybe?

Thanks for letting us know.

m8 you've no idea how hard you've made my dick

>3 speed automatic only
>4000 lbs
>apparently handles like a bus filled with cement
It's so fucking shit, but god knows i'd still have one.

Okay too far now

yeah nice try m8 but it looks like nobody on here is capable of reading comprehension anymore.

for me its the renegade bc its boxy and has lots of weird trims like the 80s jeeps, and tries to capture that fun/adventurous 80s feel. completely fails and the 80s aesthetic has been dragged through the ugly strainer of fca tho.

The Fiata and Toyobaru have been described as feeling like older 80s coupes, the Fiata even having some oldschool turbo lag.

If you want a rad CRT in your dash you need a Buick Reatta

literal boat car

Toyobaru was intentionally harking back to that sort of car. That's why it has a proper mechanical gearbox, relatively low power, narrow wheels and non-slick tires.

Early 00's > Mid 90's >>>>>>>> 80's

How to pleb 101 for dummies, the post.

So what's the most 80s-core vehicle IN CURRENT PRODUCTION?

Is that the back of cumstain's head? Have you actually met him IRL?

None. All cars look like melted soap

>melted soap
With regulation bumpers.

Nissan Leopard?

>cringe.jpg

FJ Cruiser came pretty close, honestly it'd be hard to put a date on when it was made if you didn't really know. Could be from late 80's/early 90's all the way up to present day. They didn't change the body design at all through its production run, so unless you really know them well you can't even tell a 2007 model from a 2015 model.

Those little Renegades are cool looking too, I think they're probably the most unique little crossover driving around right now. Really looking forward to the Toyota FT-4X though, it's just a shame most of the concept stuff they're showcasing will never get to production.
