Here's the usual build and the one I use. Most people swap out Cymbeline for a Raven tome but dropping the sun on people is too much fun.

Also: she gives an ATK buff to adjacent allies with her attack. She has a bunch of ATK and very low DEF. You'd probably want Hone Speed or Fortify Defense, depending on if you want to buff up attackers or tanks after she attacks. You'll probably want Life & Death, Death Blow, or Fury for an A Passive. Skill should likely be Moonbow or Draconic Aura.

Might want R Tomebreaker for a B Passive, just to nuke Red Tomes alongside Green everything. I'm not sure if Desperation is a good idea unless she's using L&D. Maybe Vantage, so she can kill stuff on counters.
