If anything similar was to be implemented the boss would have event mods/weapons at 0.09% drop rate and 75% chance for 80 endo. Similar thing with vaulted relics.

DE is capable to make it only drop endo but with 10% chance

the cyst always comes back if you only drain it. The only permanent solution is sitting in the chair again after it fully matures. Be warned, though, this will make your warframe (only that one, others can still be infected) immune to being infected ever again.
