Sagging suspension looks trill dawg.

I kinda really want a station/conquest but the only one in the Seattle area Craigslist doesn't run and is automatic... Fuck

What do you guys think of a manual 2003 Jaguar X-Type?
inlandempire.craigslist.org
I guess it uses the same transmission as the Mondeo, right?

>11k for a commodore
I dont know how to feel about this.
Honestly, that's one of the least outrageous deals I have seen on the GTO so far.
It's pretty clean, after all.
washingtondc.craigslist.org
The thing about interior repairs im iffy about, because idk what that entails.
>1954 1/2 ton chevy shortbed
>$3800
Do you like working on things? Cause there's no space for your hands and you will hate yourself and your car.
If not, do you like paying ridiculously over-expensive repair fee's?
>1940 international bread truck
>$5000
springfield.craigslist.org
>1969 Impala
>PROJECT
>$5000
>1991 Miata (supposedly) with hardtop

Looks like it's in decent shape, but it's got over 200k miles on it. Thoughts?

>6k for a ~35 year old truck with maybe 4k in new parts
>6k for a ~35 year old trans am with fucking frame damage
>TA is a combo deal, if you want it you have to pay 12k for 2 cars worth maybe 6k as is
>doesnt even have any pics of the TA, probably because the frame damage is pretty bad
Fucking boomers, who the fuck will actually buy either of those, especially the TA
I take back what i said about the truck, its not a bad deal. 12k for a turd gen TA tho, thats just crazy
As someone who's price range tops out at $2,500 is it worth the extra $500, or should I just try my hand at negotiating?

Offering 2500 would be low balling.
Bummer, I'll keep saving up then.

detroit.craigslist.org
A little high mileage. Other than that, it's a miata. If something breaks it's cheap. Just look out for rust and other standard stuff.
It's a Monaro, not a Commodore you twit
also that's a fair price for a 6 liter GTO. I see automatic 5.7s go for that price all the time
Looks pretty good... for $900
.
help
Civic, definitely.
Wot do Veeky Forums?

You better jump on that shit

$1299 is a bit over book price, but I might be willing to pay it if there's little to no rust on it.
It's been on sale for a few months now, used to be $3,000.

Is $2,000 a good price?

gauges dont work, has to be feathered or else it stalls. but god damn is it clean looking. how hard of a fix would you guess?
>muffler compression loss.
Don't get this piece of shit. First of all, mufflers have nothing to do with compression loss. Compression loss is when the cylinders wear down and gaps grow between them and the pistons, which will require an engine rebuild to fix. Not worth it, IMO
Worth it?
hartford.craigslist.org
88 fiero for 2k
I've heard it's a piece of shit? How true is this meme. I don't care about it being slow.
if you really want that car, look for an isuzu rode. theyre the exact same car underneath
Ive always wanted a Supra. Worth it? Pretty sure I could talk down to $6000.
boston.craigslist.org
I have been, no Rodeos in my area.
And mostly I'm just looking for a manual 4x4 that isn't rusted to shit.
nh.craigslist.org
looking for something $3000 or less for a daily, nothing that needs too much work or has any rust, looking for a fresh set of eyes that might see something I missed.
nh.craigslist.org
might look at this desu since supply has kinda dried up due to muh winterbeaters here
ok. What about:
>$1200 1991 Volvo 940 Turbo
fayar.craigslist.org
no heat or AC, won't be surprised to find more issues but that's all they listed.
Also looking at this:
>$2500 1988 Honda Accord LX-i
oklahomacity.craigslist.org
And a few other accords around that age, this is the only one with popups though unfortunately. There's also two 3rd gen preludes that I'd love to have over all else, its basically my dream car, but they're a bit high for what I want to spend on a hoon project/occasional DD.
And:
>$1200 1988 Volkswagen Fox Wagon
dallas.craigslist.org
I kinda want it for that room in the back to stuff shit, water beds and disco balls and whatnot, but I also don't want to have to deal with whatever this guy has done to make it a "rally" car.
I'm looking for something I can work on myself relatively easily minus major engine work since I just dont have the space to be doing that. And yes, I know two of what I just listed are euro cars and probably not easy to work on at all.
>norfolk.craigslist.org
Offer $3,500 and DO IT.
My GF has owned hers since brand new. It's been a fantastic car. Little repairs here and there and new shocks. But it's a rock solid car when not beat to shit. It's not very fast though. I drive it sometimes and literally laugh at how slow it is, handles fantastic though. DO NOT PUT AN EXHAUST ON IT. They sound like shit.
I'm gonna pull the trigger if no one stops me. I just want to know if I'm making the right decision. I don't care about speed, I just want something fun and semi-wrenchable
Have you even driven it yet?
Unknown condition s13 for $600. Region covered because I dont want someone to take this out from under me. Only came to this thread because Im excited to buy this

losangeles.craigslist.org
Can't think of a better car to get for $1,200.
Oh yes, forgot the rear caliper hoses.
I'm going to be doing all these repairs myself + the obligatory oil change, how much am I expected to spend?
A couple years of your life
Please don't drift missile it.

Guys i really like this. I drive an aveo as my dd right now should i sell it and get this?
e46 with a 4.6l swap in progress
I mean, I generally like some stuff that ford makes, hell I even own a vehicle with that same engine - but why in the hell would you do this....
chicago.craigslist.org
newyork.craigslist.org
I feel like it could go both ways whether or not this is a lowkey shitty car or a good first car.
Wait a minute this is on DFW craigslist.
dude probably had a 4.6 lying around and someone down the street had a broken BMW or something like that.
Kinda like the idea of finishing ths swap and just driving it the way it is. Wiring will be a nightmare though
Shit
Tell me why I shouldn't bite the bullet on this bimmer.
losangeles.craigslist.org
Got two new ones. Elantra would probably last me longer but it's a super basic bitch model, only a tape deck. Can't say i've heard anything bad about Avalons and it's just under my 150k mile limit. Unless someone could talk me out of it i might go get that Avalon today.

Yeah, he's here. Or, the car belongs to him. I bet it's him because the ad is all boomer memes and a few Veeky Forums gags.
yes you are correct user, some people on Veeky Forums happen to live near dallas.
>Should I do it
do it faggot

A Civic that runs on CNG from the factory. Never knew these existed
columbus.craigslist.org
Probably an ex-fleet car.
Judging from the removed decal on the door you're probably right
spooky
If I had a brother and he sold my car I'd actually consider (b)eating his ass.
A family member is selling their 94 Toyota Corolla. It has 260k miles but I know the car has had it's basic maintenance taken care of and not had any major issues while they've owned it (about four years). I think it just needs new engine mounts and has a CEL for a sensor, but I'd obviously find out what the CEL is specifically for before (potentially) pulling the trigger.
Price is $900, should I do it? It'd just be a car to save gas since my only vehicle is a Jeep and it guzzles gas.
>tl;dr should I buy a 1994 Toyota Corolla for $900
with the mileage, you might as well do an engine swap
B16A1
newyork.craigslist.org
Yea I wonder how much mileage I could get out of it considering it's at 260k, an engine swap could be a real possibility if I buy it.
It'd just be a commuter car though, and a way for me to save money on gas.
Anybody here that has experience with mid 90s Corollas wanna chime in?
There are now Chinese parts available for fixing air suspension.
1/10 of the price and higher quality than OEM Mercedes parts.
hartford.craigslist.org
Idk about 5k but if he comes down i might do it, what you guys think?
guy with zero knowledge about cars here, is it bad if a car is ex-fleet?
N....no? I'm just wondering if it's good at that price.
