Ubi is at fault for shipping and not patching a broken bug may it be intended or not. If people find it, is it really wrong for them to exploit something that is, in a sense "in the game". Fuck no. It is ubi's responsiblity to fix something broken asap if they want to maintain their game. So I have no fucking idea what you are talking about when people should be punished for something that is "not intended". That is like saying that babies are not intended to swallow small toys and it is the baby's fault not the manufacturing for not putting a warning label or making sure their products meant for baby's are "baby safe".
