O1S and O2S require knowledge of the mechanics (obviously) to do in PUGs, but they're not too awful. It's upon hitting O3S that you see the Party Finder traps we all know and love.

You learn the fights AoE mechanics religiously as they happen at set/scripted times making them easy to line up CD's and heal cast-times.
You conserve MP where you can and time your Largresse/Thin air correctly for burst healing.
It'll also require faith in your dps not to die and fail mechanics, unless you have a RDM willingly to do all raises, as swift cast will be needed for burst healing certain mechanics.
It comes down to managing your CD timers and knowing boss timers for AoE mechanics mostly.

Canals of Unzair, it's an RNG dungeon with lots of loot, you get into it by doing timeworn gazelleskin maps and there's a 50% chance your trasure chest opens the portal and then every room inside has two doors, with only one of them being the correct door, get to the 7th floor and you get 100k from the chest plus some loot drops for people to roll on. As for the blob with the crown, it's a friends hat from a DQ promotional event I guess
