There was a bit of drama based off Kouki's insecurity in Ashe's route, but it was pretty short. There's pretty much no drama at all in Kaoruko's route because she's best girl. I skipped Toa and for some reason I'm having trouble really getting into Mihiro's route, so I can't say for sure about those two.

There've been no love triangles. The closest I've seen is that Kaoruku got a little depressed when she realized Kouki was interested in Mihiro instead of her but nothing really comes of it. The story actually sort of downplays that several girls were clearly crushing on him in the common route so they can avoid that kind of obnoxious drama. I almost missed it.

read cartagra now. KnS 1 is no problem if you haven't read cartagra, but KnS 2 loses a little bit of its charm if you haven't. Still completely understandable, but some of the reveals are going to fall flat
