Can someone explain why I hate Male Miqo'te so much? I felt the same way about Male Blood Elves when I play WoW. Seems like they always attract a certain type of people.

Eh, maybe. It's just I kinda get stuck with these ideas of how the characters should be. Like, I've got a bookish cat who I don't want touching any martial jobs, and my monk I just can't see ever really feeling right as a dark knight. Part of why I was thinking of making the most tired elfman. Although now that I think about it, the elf ears are gonna look really goofy in helmets
That and I just have so many different looks I wanna play with and I don't wanna be fantaing all the time.

If you play your character for a long enough period you'll get attached enough that they seem natural in any job.

It works for everyone except Lalafell. You'll never get used to that.
