How feasible could an LS2-swapped Tesla be?

How feasible could an LS2-swapped Tesla be?

But most importantly, how cool would that be? imagine pulling up to the supercharger in that

No. Inline 6 swap suites it more.

But the thing is

You still have to buy a fucking Tesla and remove all thhe electronic crap. Wtf you gonna buy a +$70k car just to scrap it for the chasis that's specifically designed for an electric motor? LS meme oh lawd

If you had a spare subframe from the engine to the rear axles. It wouldnt be too hard.
I dont know how framey the tesla is. So taking out the possible frame for the batteries could be structure ruining.
Fuck it tho.

Beyond that. Driveshaft is trivial. Rear end squaring and fabbing is trivial. K member, alignment, and humping the interior for the driveline. All trivial.

Thats the thing though. It IS trivial. How many normies do you see finishing their rubiks cube?

I obviously don't have the means to do that, but couldn't West Coast Customs or Motortrend, or a similar show do it?

Say you were to only keep the upper subframe, and weld it to a similarly shaped lower subframe how would you make all the body panels fit?

Mostly to bug the cult of Tesla. Nothing is sacred and everything is permitted.

>Do this
>Car is now slower.

>slower
Only up to ~80mph
You can also drive it 600 miles and refuel in a couple minutes.

>only upto 80mph
98% of time driving is

impossible, as you dont have the money or skillset to do it.

For you

>he drives below 80 mph

Thats a lot of money and effort to possibly annoy tesla for a split second.

For you too, faggola
You aint kidding anyone on this Taiwanese bus-riding forum.

nothing LS swapped is cool
it would be a novelty though
but if one person does it soon everyone will be doing it and it wont be a novelty anymore, like the LS FDs

It would be feasible with some motor mount fabrication and a live axle in the rear. It would look and handle like shit most likely.

An LS is too powerful and efficient though. If you want the Tesla tears to flow swap in a diesel like a 4/6bt or a detroit 2 stroke. Pull up to the meet in 1st gear and watch the tears flow.

Specifically Tesla fans- If the reaction to LS swapped gookmobiles is anything to go by, the asshurt would be monumental.

Why would you swap that long and fat piece of shit into anything?

very incredibly stupidly difficult
you have to fab in;
>engine
>transmission
>diff
>rear subframe
>fuel tank
>fuel lines
>braking system
>power steering system
>cooling system
god fuckin knows what else. absolutely a top tier hard mode build and the end result is essentially an impala

You might as well just drop the Tesla body on a Chassis.

that would actually be way better, since the tesla body is sort of designed like a body on frame thing

So you pull up to the supercharger.... then just drive away? Why even stop?

Just sit there and idle.

the driveshaft would be hard to do or you could just connect the ls1 to a generator

Why LS. If we're only doing this to irritate tesla fanboys, i want a cummins

convert it to a serial hybrid
