I just got done with hacking my PSP and I'm having issues with ISOs. I figured out how putting PSX games on there works, but putting an actual PSP game (shin budokai) doesn't seem to work.
I put it under the PSP folder, but it doesn't work.
Can anyone help me out on this?

put it inside the ISO folder. it should be at the root.

if not, create it. or format your card and it'll create all necessary folders.

I did a system transfer for the DSiware save exploit.
Picked PC-Based Transfer as the method, source 3DS said transfer was successful. Target finished the transfer then tried to connect to the router again and I got error code 028-3136.

What went wrong? The target was not connected to my NNID. It also did not download any save files. On the source system there is a new folder in exdata called "Nintendo DSiWare" with a .bin file called "4B513945". It's not on the target system.

Can anyone explain to me what went wrong? And can someone also tell me why Plailect didn't include any troubleshooting for this error in the guide?

GB and GBC can be ran really good with this . I doubt Retroarch runs good. mGBA is the only thing with any hope in 3DS mode for GB/C, but it's still shit as well.

I'm on the latest version, just don't start any homebrew from the normal launcher, use the injector version HBL, and turn off sharing metrics with Ninty. Should be fine.
