I'm wondering because I really like Jets, but I know he barely gets stats from 70 to 80 so I might not bother with the final ascension and grails if at some point that combo stops working.

I'd be a lot happier (or I guess just less upset) with it if I didn't already have vlad and formalcraft for a single target arts nuker, but yeah, I guess its better than nothing.

He's rare because there are almost no circumstances in which you'd roll the story gacha on purpose, and he's only obtainable from the story gacha since he's story locked from orleans. Kinda a weird technicality that makes him super rare.

I'd say just wait for an event, it will bring you less pain in the end, you could just stock QP or EXP, but if you only need a few, and the servant is really important to you, bite the pillow and pray.
