Make his kick 400 ms again, it would give him a mixup between the kick and a light attack. Basically a weaker version of what all the shitters moaned about pre-nerf.

Shinobi's mixup was good in theory because of how much damage he can confirm on GB but anyone with a brain with just attack when he double dashes towards them.
The kick is made for trading but he has 90 fucking health.
