I think the Ibaraki and Onigashima event only have 2 minor ones between eachother, but since Ibaraki is a 4*, if you save up for late spring next year then you should have enough. That's what I'm planning on doing anyway, except I'm going to roll for Kintoki and Raikou too, so I might have to spend some.
