Fleet has 3 slots open. We usually just get to tier A and then fuck around, because farming GW is too much effort. The only requirement is to be active, we also have an optional discord because guild chat sucks.
That's honestly a great first start, especially since you're gonna be focusing on only one element at first anyway. I say if you have the endurance go for the spark
