As for Chaos, their shit has been unfucked especially campaign-wise

As long as you don't mind said gigantic cheap armies become hilariously strong thanks to massive red line buffs. Yes.

King and Warlord is a good DLC, yes. Near mandatory along with Grim and Grave, actually, since the AI can use the units from it, but you can't, which is kind of unfair.

His red skills are utterly broken though, he buffs Goblins to insane levels
