Ike is better for player-controlled unit and melee match-ups, Ryoma is better for all-types of encounters and works well even on defense team without player control due to better SPD and res. That's atleast my experience.

On the bright side, Palla is a red and you only have two choices for red fliers. For blues, you basically got 4 choices thus making Valter not very high on priority.

Hey cool, just like my other hero fest attempt with these cool jewish 5%. Except now I've not gotten a single (1) trainable/promoteable unit.
I rolled for red and colorless (why) in the hope of either a sheep/ike or 4* Kagero (lol as if)

The only notable units were 2 bulls and 1 athena, sent almost all units home. Sadly I have no unit worth investing as of now.

Axe users almost all have shit speed and can be doubled by anything with speed in the 30s and mages get one shot by Ike. Swordbreaker gives better coverage over other swords than high speed ever could.

Because then the game turns into a joke. Mages murder nearly everything, and they already take magic hits like a champ. Letting them take physical hits as well means they can just tear apart the front lines and deal with archers as well.
