They work as they were working in NNM. They remove cores and give cores, so the price is justified.

The way it's set up is from NNM to allow Poland to form and still be able to ally Germany/Austria.

They do NOT work though, like I said, the MTTH is far too high, you can keep the huge infamy game if you wish, which I don't feel makes any sense as a state like Texas then costs 16 infamy to get/remove cores on, but the MTTH is unbelievably high, and combined with the provinces needing almost no militancy to even consider doing it it's broken.

In a Greece game I tried to use it on Thessalia to remove Albanian cores and all it did was remove Ottoman cores from Arta and then nothing else. I activated it in 1870, and by 1936 Albanian cores were still there.
