It literally requires 0 electricity to run and drive not to include lights. Everything else is mechanical or air pressure.
If I get it up to 2mph and pop the clutch I'll be idling at 900rpm.
1mph is do able but 2mph is practically guaranteed.

Only 600 were made for the US, the transmission fits perfectly with the 4g63t which is a very common swap, weighs about 2150lbs, 2 door hot hatch, ignition in the console, 5 speed manual and is a great sleeper.
