Personally I'd say best is Dentist, worst is Elephant.

Using Akimbo revolvers is basically like using a less accurate, less stable but higher damage version of a single revolver since you can still only shot 6 times.

I heard on stream they mentioning that they didn't increase much the health each dificulty jump and instead added more units and special types, Flamethrower units and shit, and ammo and health seem to be random drops from soldiers not a guarantee like pd
