Bullies is recruiting to fill 2 slots for people who quit (RIP.) We're a chill crew with no real requirements other than you actively play the game. A lot of us tryhard in GWs and would be happy to have you if you do too, but it's not an expectation, if you'd rather just hang out and chat and post lewds and shit up our discord we don't particularly care. Discord is active throughout the day but isn't required. We've ranked A on GWs the last few GWs and typically win a couple of finals, and will likely do so again this GW. Again, contribution to this is entirely optional, but definitely welcome.

As we don't have any recruitment requirements we'll probably pick based on what rank/team applicants have when we're tired of waiting but we don't expect many applicants, so apply regardless if you're interested. Low ranks are cool with us.

Yes. She received the full cap increase for her first ougi, but the second one is very close to how it was before. Pretty sure the cap was 2.45kk off element before the ougi update.

her party heal is very strong (it's flat heal + revitalize) if you have max healing EMP nodes, not to mention it's 4 turn cooldown so if you can keep ouging every 4-5 turns she can heal her party all the time. She have mist and delay and with debuff success rate EMPs they actually work now

She is good but sadly still not OP tier like Altair

There should be an "apply" button on the crew if it says it's open to recruiting. If you can't see it then you might actually need to leave a crew to make it happen.
