Shouldn't Poison scale by increasing your base damage? Isn't it supposed to be 20% of your hit as a baseline? Why increasing the hit doesn't scale the poison up even when the base damage goes up?

With double dipping it was the same modifiers applying to the base hit and then again on the dot but increasing the base hit in 3.0 should still increase the poison damage should it not?

No. AG doesn't cast or use skills. If an item has a pseudo-aura affecting nearby enemies (like Singularity), that can work. Same with curse on hit items, like corrupted gloves, but it's only going to affect his default attack.

Basically poison and bleed aren't increased by the damage affecting the hit that triggered them anymore. For example, projectile damage doesn't increase the bleed damage triggered by a Tornado Shot. I understand now what you guys meant when you said bleed was trash.
