Think about it, 0 averaged out with 9 is 4.5, but 4 averaged with 6 is 5.0

No high-end Thunder weapons, awkward frames for chaining (he chain only with himself and A2 if I'm not mistaken).

Orlandeau on the other hand has access to a 120atk holy weapon attached to a 3* base unit, he's easy to chain with especially given the sheer amount of friendlandeau - and now with the advent of Veritas of the Dark he has a perfect partner that has the same chaining move and a better imperil attached. (DV+O is proven better than O+O and DV+DV).
There's probably more, that's just off the top of my head.

No they are not and even less so with the Veritas banner still being around. Only worth pulling for if you really like Nier.

The cool thing is, she doesn't need any other TMs except Sazh and one Quick Assault. Assuming you have lots of event stuff, that is.

The Nier units are in the pool until the banner leaves so yes. If you couldn't get Nier units in the Veritas banner then you wouldn't be able to get them from the off banner 10+1 ticket.

Now that I have 2B, I really need to get those robot trial rewards. Would a team of Tilith, WoL, 2B, friend 2B, Rikku and Rem be a good setup? I don't have auto-limit tmrs for Rikku yet, still farming, so I won't be able to reraise the whole party every turn. Is the brute force method possible with this or should I do it the slow way? Either way, 'll probably wait until the Nier raid ends since I'll have some more hp% tms by then.
