the arcade will give you the highest increases for all three stats

It's POSSIBLE but bullshit hard to Max everything blind. You'll need a guide.

You will not do everything your first run in P3. Just do whatever you like and have fun.

It works in tiers. Each study session gives a few points in the respective social stat and, when you have enough points, you jump to the next tier. And yes, everything is maxable (in one playthrough if you don't fuck up royally).

You can max all the stats in a playthrough but academics is the hardest one to max in every game

P3 only has 3 "Characteristics" so they all have some jacked values and max at 6 rather than 5 like in P4 and P5. You shouldn't hit skill checks often, max academics isn't even checked for outside of Exams until the summer, although you definitely want the girlfriend it unlocks.

Just sing karaoke and drink coffee at the mall every night and charm and courage should handle themselves.

And NEVER study if you are tired or sick.
