i had that generation and the one after. The newer one has stator/rectifier issues but its faster, comfier, way better looking, has the nice mirrors. A K5 600 isn't a terrible bike but it's not great I wouldnt pay more than 2500 for one

does any one else have to deal with no nothings constantly pretending to know something and educate you about bikes?
i was jumping my bike off my car yesterday because it's unseasonably warm and couldn't get the cables connected to the properly and this guy sauntered up and started arguing with me that the reason it wouldn't jump was because the car wasn't running so the battery had no power or some retarded shit
then i fixed the connection and it started right up and he looked like a retard
