raider was never bad, he always had his unique anti-mixup tool (side dodge gb). but the recent buffs really made him apex tier (higher than PK and warlord) I mean that.

He just cried for raider buffs and warden nerfs, in fact he still cries for warden nerfs while playing fucking raider. Sad really.
