Their function is to project an autonomy-reduction modifier to all provinces around them so its great to have some of them in a massive empire, as provinces with autonomy equal powerful estates, and powerful estates equal 30+ corruption.

Every point of corruption makes all mana costs cost 1% more. 30 corruption equals 30% more expensive tech cost, idea cost, coring and so on.

One thing, since my new pack version will come in a very long time, would you please replace LPL_monarchy for the next HPM to pic related? Symbolism is basically the same but this one is a better version, and I don't want people to have to wait till whenever I release the next version to have it.
And another thing, I noticed you are still using that old Monarchy Israel flag instead of the one in my pack. No offence but the one you are using is kinda poorly made, so tell me what is it about the one in my pack you don't prefer so maybe I can do one specifically for you to use but that's better made than the one you are currently using.

You really do need to get into the mindset of the faggot atheist Redditor to understand why this game is so popular. These people have never heard of strategy games in their lifes that wasn't stuff like Civilization 5, they were completely alien to them. The entire foundation of the game is built upon the dichotomy between "silly events and fun stuff" and "this is actually historical and realistic bro". This pseudo-intellectual "this game is alt-history but can still be interesting and challenging" bullshit that EU4 shits out in almost every campaign is what appeals to it's audience. The game doesn't actually have the tact to even begin to offer an interesting presentation and discussion of any historical event, so it spouts these random rng events. Nevermind the embarrassing, forced "references", or how the story is non-existent and only comes up when the devs want to remind you that this is historical strategy, or how the entire game is a series of different forgettable campaigns with just enough incompatible historical references to trick kids into thinking they are smart for acknowledging them, or how the nations have somehow been reduced to even more obnoxious stereotypes than before, none of these things matter. What matters is that it appeals to the millenial redditor audience, and that's what's selling Europa Universalis 4.

Currently I'm planning on 250 unmotorized divisions of infantry and horse pulled artillery to stand around and 70 divisions of almost motorized calvary, light tanks, and mobile artillery to spear head, plus 15 bombers/escorts

Colour and symbolism are fine, the main problem with it are proportions, mostly how the symbol overlaps with other elements of the flag. Tell you what, I'll make a new flag with the same colour and symbolism but with a cleaner "construction" so to speak, and then you choose if it looks better.

Also regarding the Antillean Confederation, will it be a problem if it has the same Republican flag as Puerto Rico? Otherwise I can either give Puerto Rico a different flag, or the AC a different flag. What do you think? The problem is that it'd make perfect sense for both to have that flag, although I can see Puerto Rico using a later flag, it wouldn't be too much of a historical stretch.

Oh well when a province is over 9 militancy and you get an even that gives you a lot more like 4 or 6 the militancy resets to 0 after a month or two. I always assumed its an NNM bug because I haven't seen it in vanilla, maybe fixing the factor bug in the rebel files would fix this one too, unless its a hardcoded mechanic.

The plan is quite simple, I'll blitz the plains to the North while baiting their army to siege my level 10 forts on my Eastern border, while proceeding to siege the Balkans after that and sandwiching their army once that's done. It will be extremely fast because I have 5 stacks that are composed of 10:0:15 and 15 artilleries siege low to mid level forts instantly, coupled with all my generals having 2+ in siege

By the time he takes down one of my forts the entire Balkans will be occupied, probably Constantinople as well

it's only slightly better, not because the new mechanics were underwhelming, but because of all the other BS gigau added that most people are sick of and that are holding the mod back (but gigau won't remove out of pride).

I don't like the new flag because its way too noticable that it was designed in a graphical program. Same reason why I don't use your Burma flag, it feels so unnatural.

Because of the way I constructed it. When I set out the proportions of the vertical bars I ended up doing their sizes arbitrarily in order to acommodate the bigass wreath in the middle. So in general it look unbalanced.
Another issue is the sun. The rays are too small and thing, and too many, so it doesn't really look nice when it's on display like that, which is why I prefer the sun I used in the newer version, which has less rays, and looks more defined. Another thing is the oval wreath which I used only because it came from the Argentinian CoA, but since the sun itself its round it has no reason for being. Plus it doesn't look as regal or grand as a flag of a monarchy United Provinces deserves. It's rather overwhelming in my opinion.

All in all it's a poorly designed flag from my more amateurish days. If I were to do it again (and I did) I wouldnt do it like that. One of these days I'm gonna do a general review of my older flags and see if any other needs a remake.

That's the problem, sadly I can come up with no better word that would describe the common culture of the Argentinian and Uruguayan people. I think the reason I hate how it sounds is because now a days we use it almost exclusively to refer to people from the city of La Plata, so seeing it applied to great groups of people rubs me the wrong way.
