I know in one interview they said that only two people design the maps and then the team that does all the texturing is just another handful of people. And if you wonder why features such as highlight saving took so long to come out it's because that team is also one of their smaller teams.

desu I think that doomfist's wall damage should be removed, as it's very rarely that the doomfist actually plans to hit someone into a wall. His base damage should definately be increased to compensate for this, so that a doomfist 'one-shot' would need a well-placed shotgun blast and a punch

just reduce the fist hitbox so they actually have to aim instead of holding it in general direction of the enemy
