Both Uno and Quattre are amazing but ONLY after the 5* upgrade. Which you can't do in a million years. Quattre is ok I guess, and every newfaggot should pick the dagger anyway, because it's a great and easily acquired main hand weapon.

Quatre is pretty usable even as a 4*, Uno is the one who needs a 5* to be anything besides 100 cut every 6 turns.
