Well, even after playing for 8 months, and reducing all extra selfies I got, I still miss around 250 quartz on 2 elements and 150 on other 2.

Not even counting the 300 weapon stones.

And I honestly can't measure the value of a chocobar / time to farm so many quartz since I never used my damascus for anything(again, f2p, so I just farm all my weapons)

It's okay when starting out, it's a bow mainhand, and it's a big hp, small atk whenever you want to run shit with an hp penalty. The first one/four, 8 when we get xeno diablo, is an easy grab but it's basically a worse chev sword with worse stats that are raised by an unticketable summon instead of an easily farmed one. Meanwhile you have totally fine alternatives in magnas that you can farm for mlb. Also anubis axe it up once you get them but again, it's a buyable vs luckshitting.

They'd make her worthless before the end of the month she's released anyway so, so what?

It's just more efficient to uncap them all at the same time (i.e. work on getting all six/seven guns to 1*, then 2*, etc). Saves on fodder, which you could put to other things until you get your next gun. unless you REALLY want to mainhand the Tia bolt.

during your magna grid progression, is there a general rule of thumb when you fully switch to the magna summon rather than relying on the 120% or 80/20% summons?
