Vanitas is basically a ghost kinda like Ansem SOD was before he took Riku's body.

It was definitely easier today, but that may be early-week weirdness. Also, you're looking at two other factors which may become relevant as the week goes on:

1) with the new lux rules, there's probably 40-50 ex-Dandelions who don't know how to farm lux without cheesing the boost.
2) the constant outflow of whales to other unions for an easier time getting high rankings.

So yeah, it's totally possible that Vulpeus players will have an easier time this week.

I hope the change in lux rules causes fun shit like this to happen again, along with the excitement over Ursus getting out of 5th

Finally earned that Gold Crown tonight. Of course Terra would run away from me at 1HP and start up his DM. Anything I should know about the Hades Paradox Cup before I go in?

If you beat Terra nothing in Hades Paradox would be a problem.

Any advice for maximizing points? I need to do every mission for the trophy.

Stitch cheese is the easiest.
Get your health bar to the red and summon Stitch.
He'll start playing the ukulele to get the enemies to drop health orbs but since health orbs don't drop in the cups they'll drop the point orbs instead.
Try to keep the enemies on screen because they will not get hit if they are far enough off screen.
Repeat until you get the necessary point value.
This will work for most cups, but it wont work in the later rounds of the Hades Cup so you'll have to start on the earlier rounds

If you can't then your current start is probably best only improvement would be finding replacing some medal with some double attacker that has triple threat

I'm sorry, what is SC 1/2? And what is a double attacker? And would triple threat even do anything? The Paralysis+ that I have on Orchestra Sora doesn't do anything.

Second Chance and Second Chance II are skill medals that will allow to you come back to life if you die in battle. But only once, and that's if the skill triggers.

Also, the other Martial Monkey didn't actually have all the health it said it did on it's health bar. Is this one the same way?
Oh. Yeah I have second chance of the twilight town trio. I don't think I'll be able to beat like that, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try.

When a medal says that it does more damage the lower the slot number does that mean the numerical value being lower, as in 1st or 2nd doing more damage, or does it mean the slot number that comes after, as in 5th or 6th?

I'm saying it doesn't suck. It was fun for what it was and if you don't go in expecting KH2 it's quite good all things considered. But I can see why people wouldn't like it.

On the story side though while I get that Terra was retarded and it was also a case of "misunderstandings ruin lives" on the overall narrative I can't respect the opinion that it didn't clear up some issues and isn't vital to the lore. It's literally nostalgia taking full effect when people say BBS took something for the magic of KH1.
