Is the Master Chief Collection fixed yet?

I don't like what 343 has done to the Halo franchise. The story is so bland and the multiplayer a joke. I've played the Halo 4 and 5 with friends, but haven't bought them because of how hollow they feel. Halo Reach was the last Halo game I've ever bought.
